The MDA program pairs you with your own EIR (Expert in Residence) with whom you will have monthly, data-informed sessions. During these sessions, you’ll review your data, plan, ask questions, formulate hypotheses, discuss caveats, set targets, and track results. Your EIR will serve as your personal guide, offering expert advice  that is tailored to your unique business and department needs.

Measurement Planning & Implementation Support

Sound measurement practices are key to the success of any marketing campaign. That’s why we work with you and your EIR to outline and implement your measurement needs.

This includes working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ad platforms, link parameters, etc. to ensure that all relevant event and conversion data is being measured. It also includes data validation, segmentation, and other important setup tasks.

Data Services & Software Platform License

Our proprietary data connector and dashboarding software works hand in glove with our Program. You will reference your multi-channel Hotbrain dashboard together with your EIR, and in your own work, regularly.

Our data connector service integrates with your marketing data sources, and ensures the data keeps flowing every month. This eliminates manual data entry, saving time and reducing errors. Our purpose-built KPI dashboard provides you with up-to-date views into your marketing performance and includes period-over-period comparisons, targets, and more.

FAQs

One thing we have learned over the years is that no two marketing departments are alike! In our context, we get our best results working with marketing leaders and departments that are still lower on the “data maturity scale” and need to make practical improvements using a proven process. So if that describes your department, don’t worry—you are exactly what we are looking for! 
 

We use a running intake model rather than cohorts. We are currently accepting new participants on a 2–4 month onboarding waitlist. If you are interested in the MDA Program we would encourage to apply sooner than later!

You should expect regular monthly Program participation to run for approximately 12–18 months; however you will be assessing this together with your EIR on a month-to-month basis, depending on the goals, scope and the progress made.

There is not an official second phase. Rather, participants will tend to naturally transition in their level of participation—for example, from monthly EIR sessions to quarterly—or eventually drop down to only utilizing the data connectors and dashboarding app services. At any time you can access further support as needs demand (e.g. a new major campaign, staffing change, new website build, etc.). As always, this can be adjusted on a month-to-month basis. While the MDA is based on one proven model, in the future we may offer new Program stages which may correspond with your growth and development.
